About the Institute

A New Standard for Prophetic Ministry

This is not a hype-driven prophetic environment. This is a formation-based institute designed to raise disciplined, Spirit-led believers who can represent God well in every sphere.

By the end of this 12-week intensive, participants will:

Who Is This For

This is for believers with a prophetic inclination, those already walking in the prophetic, and those who desire to grow deeper in the prophetic; especially individuals who are passionate about growing in discernment, hearing and obeying the voice of God, and maturing in their fivefold gifting while carrying the weight and responsibility of communicating the Father's heart with clarity, conviction, and accuracy.

Pastor Tayo Tychus, fondly known as PT, is the Lead Pastor of Abundant Life Chapel, which he founded in 2017. He is a passionate pastor, teacher, and ministry strategist dedicated to equipping believers to live out their faith in every sphere of life. He holds advanced theological training and is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in Next Generation Ministry. Driven by Galatians 4:19, his goal is to see Christ formed in people.

Prophet Jennifer Soba Pearse is an ordained minister, prophetic instructor, author, and servant of Christ passionate about equipping believers for spiritual maturity, prophetic accuracy, and Kingdom influence. She is the Convener of One Accord Global Ministries, Founder of GiveBackNigeria, and Founder of Etza Chokmah, where she provides prophetic, strategic, and identity-based counsel to emerging leaders, professionals, and visionaries.

Through teaching, mentorship, and prophetic equipping, Jennifer is committed to raising watchmen, scribes, and Kingdom leaders who walk in truth, wisdom, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
